Salary & Package

Basic Salary: £27,000, increasing to £28,000 after 12 months. First-Year Earning Potential: £29,000 - £30,000 including commission.

About the Role

Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle, from business development to candidate placement.

• Build strong, long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Identify and win new business through sales calls and face-to-face client visits.
• Source, interview and match candidates to suitable roles.
• Work towards achievable sales and performance targets with full support and training.

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM with 1 hour lunch break. Office based role.

A full current driving licence may be required for client visits.
