Job Description

Reed Nottingham is looking for a Recruitment Consultant to manage and grow a specialist market. The role offers a base salary of £26,000-£30,000 plus uncapped commission.

Full-time Nottingham Office based for the first 3 months, then hybrid with 1-2 days working from home. Driving licence required due to client meetings.

The Role

This is a full 360 recruitment role where you will manage the full process from start to finish, working closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and match them with the right candidates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Winning new business through calls, meetings and networking
  • Building strong, long term relationships with clients
  • Taking job briefs and advising clients on recruitment solutions
  • Sourcing, interviewing and placing candidates
  • Managing offers and negotiations
  • Working towards agreed targets, with plenty of support along the way
