Recruitment Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• 360-degree recruitment of agency workers including candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing
• Completing pre-employment checks in accordance with MPA standard operating procedures
• Ensure a suitable pool of candidates is available to fill vacancies and/or shift bookings.
• Respond to client requests as outlined within the organisation's framework.
• Manage potential business opportunities including leads and referrals and to promote the full recruitment services offered by the company.
• Generate new business through telephone and face to face sales activity.
• Day to day performance management of agency staff, proactively seeking feedback on performance, coaching, and supporting staff in their various placements.
• Work towards team targets set.
• Participate in a rotational on call service (Paid additionally)
• Participate in marketing events including attendance at various recruitment fairs.

Key Skills and Experience

• At least 1 years previous experience working within the recruitment industry or within an inhouse recruitment team
• Passion to succeed and be part of a fast-paced team
• Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills
• Strong administration skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong team working skills with a growth mindset to develop a long-lasting career
