About the Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will focus on generating demand for Meridian Business Support's services within the industrial and commercial sectors across Chester and surrounding areas.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Building and developing your own client base
• Generating leads and converting them into sales opportunities
• Contacting clients via phone, email and face to face visits
• Using your local market knowledge to promote our services
• Driving branch gross margin through successful business development
• Maintaining accurate CRM records and managing your activity pipeline

You will have access to a large internal candidate database, but success in this role requires a proactive, growth focused mindset.

What We're Looking For

• Previous agency recruitment experience is essential
• Proven track record in business development and winning new clients
• Minimum 1 year in cold calling/telesales, consistently exceeding KPIs
• Highly motivated, driven and tenacious with a desire to succeed
• Strong IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook + CRM systems)
• Full, clean driving licence and your own transport
