Recruitment Consultant - Accountancy (Crawley, UK)

Pay Range: £26,000 - £35,000 + uncapped bonus.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full 360 recruitment process from business development to placement.
• Conduct business development and client meetings.
• Source, interview and place finance talent using job boards, LinkedIn, adverts and referrals.
• Build strong, long lasting relationships with clients across Sussex.
• Visit clients regularly to understand their needs (UK driving licence required).
• Collaborate with a supportive team to drive branch success.

Requirements

• Full UK driving licence.
• Comfortable and confident speaking on the phone (phone based sales).
• Confidence in sales or willingness to learn.
• Resilience, determination and a desire to succeed.
• Graduate level or entry level with no recruitment experience required (training provided).
