Location: Cameron House, 741 White Cross Business Park, Lancaster, LA1 4XQ

Salary: £26,000 - £35,000 (DOE) + uncapped bonus potential

Contract: Full time, 37.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday, permanent

We are recruiting for a Recruitment Consultant to join our permanent recruitment desk specialising in administration and customer service recruitment. You will be part of a dynamic and experienced team and have the opportunity to make your mark.

• Building client relationships: Use sales, marketing, and business development strategies to win new business and nurture existing partnerships.
• Attracting top talent: Write compelling job ads, headhunt, network, and leverage social media to source and engage candidates.
