The Role

This position sits within our Investment Banking & Private Equity team. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality candidates to existing clients and managing the full candidate journey from sourcing and screening to interview prep and post-placement care. You will support key hiring projects across technology and financial markets while maintaining a high standard of communication and service.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering high-quality candidates to existing clients
• Managing the full candidate journey from sourcing to post-placement care
• Proactively headhunting and building strong talent networks
• Supporting key hiring projects across technology and financial markets
• Maintaining high standards of communication and service to candidates
• Collaborating with experienced recruiters and industry experts
  
  

Requirements

• At least 6 months agency recruitment experience
• Finance- Investment Banking and/or Private Equity experience highly desired
• Strong sourcing, screening & relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude
• A motivated, detail-oriented approach to candidate management
• A desire to grow in a specialist, supportive environment
