Recruitment Consultant (Transport & Logistics)

Location: Redditch, UK - servicing the West Midlands, Worcestershire, Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire, and Bristol Avon.

About the Role

Step into a dynamic, fast paced position where no two days are the same. You will specialise in placing drivers into rewarding roles, building strong relationships with transport companies across the region, and developing new business opportunities through sales and outreach.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and source high quality drivers and transport staff.
• Write engaging job adverts that attract top talent.
• Build and maintain client relationships across the West Midlands to Bristol Avon & Oxfordshire corridor.
• Develop new business opportunities through sales and outreach.
• Manage compliance, including AWR, Working Time Directive, and drivers' hours regulations via our CRM system.
• Receive training to support growth and success.

Benefits

• £28,000 base salary.
• Uncapped commission (5%-7.5%) - your success equals your reward.
• 30 days holiday.
• Regular working hours: 08:30 - 17:00, with an early finish on Fridays.
• On call rota: one week per month, including some weekends and bank holidays.
• Gym membership included.
• Cycle to work scheme after one year of service.
• One hour daily break to recharge.

Requirements

• Experience in recruitment (transport sector experience is a big plus).
• Knowledge of AWR, Working Time Directive, drivers' hours rules, and right to work regulations.
• Confident communicator with a natural flair for sales and relationship building.
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced, team oriented environment.
• Valid UK driving licence.
