Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm

Are you a people-focused individual with excellent customer service skills? Looking to start or grow your career in recruitment? We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Recruitment Consultant based in Coventry.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll play a key role in supporting both candidates and clients by delivering a high level of service throughout the recruitment process. This is a varied and fast-paced role where no two days are the same.

• Deliver outstanding customer service to candidates and clients
• Work to weekly KPIs for sales
• Support the recruitment process from initial enquiry through to placement
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates
• Advertise roles, screen applications, and coordinate interviewsKeep systems and records up to date

• Strong customer service or customer-facing experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive and organised approach to work
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• A positive, team-focused attitude

• Competitive salary of £25,500 per year
• Monday to Friday working
