We are now looking for an Education Recruitment Consultant to join our North West team in Preston. You will focus on delivering high-quality matches between schools and educators, with a particular emphasis on long-term and high-value placements.

The Role

As an Education Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in managing and fulfilling school staffing requirements, ensuring roles are filled efficiently and to a high standard.

You will operate in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, managing the full matching process from initial requirement through to successful placement. This is a delivery and sales-focused role, where success is driven by maximising filled roles, identifying opportunities within your client base, and building long-term relationships with schools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maximise filled roles across your market, focusing on long-term and high-value placements.

  • Proactively match educators to school requirements using our bespoke tech platform and traditional recruitment methods.

  • Drive repeat business by building and developing strong, lasting relationships with schools.

  • Take a sales-led approach to uncover new opportunities and growth within existing clients.

  • Deliver an excellent experience for educators, placing them into suitable roles quickly.

  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to place newly cleared educators into their first roles.

  • Support users (schools and educators) in effectively utilising the Humly platform.

  • Maintain a performance focus on key targets, particularly worked hours and fill rates.

What We're Looking For
  • Experience: Essential experience in education recruitment OR a deep understanding of the education sector.

  • Drive: Target-driven with a relentless focus on results and performance.

  • Commercial Acumen: Commercially minded and confident in sales-led environments.

  • Organisation: Ability to manage a high volume of activity without dropping the ball.

  • Communication: A confident communicator with natural relationship-building skills.

  • Resilience: Proactive, resilient, and comfortable in a fast paced setting.

Salary & Benefits
  • Salary: £27,500 - £38,000 (depending on experience).

  • Bonus: Uncapped team based commission with strong monthly earning potential.
