Competitive salary of £26K and above, depending on experience, and uncapped commission
9-5.30 - Monday-Friday - hybrid

About the Role

We're looking for a driven and enthusiastic Recruitment Consultant to join our vibrant and award winning Tunbridge Wells team. You will be responsible for driving business-to-business sales, connecting top-tier talent with exciting career opportunities. Your expertise in building relationships and matching the right candidates with the right roles will be crucial in providing exceptional services to our clients.

What You'll Be Doing

• Building and nurturing relationships with clients and candidates
• Business development of new clients
• Managing end-to-end recruitment
• Writing compelling job adverts and conducting interviews
• Providing exceptional service and support throughout the hiring process
• Working collaboratively with a passionate and high-performing team

What We're Looking For

• Someone with a strong desire to succeed, win business and grow
• Previous experience in recruitment or a strong background in sales
• A confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
• Highly organised and able to work at speed
• A proactive, positive attitude and a team-player mindset
