• Coordinate and manage interview scheduling and feedback loops
• Maintain accurate records using the company's ATS or CRM systems
• Meet and exceed monthly targets related to placements and client engagement
• Stay up to date with industry trends and market insights to advise clients effectively

• Minimum 2-3 years' experience as a recruitment consultant or resourcer
• Proven ability to manage client accounts and candidate pipelines
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfortable using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and CRM/ATS platforms
• Goal-oriented with a passion for delivering high-quality service
