What will I be doing as an In-house Recruitment Consultant?

We're looking for an experienced, people centred Resourcer/Recruiter to join our in house Talent Acquisition team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a real impact in a purpose driven organisation and help shape the future of our Business Support division.

• As an In house Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the full recruitment life cycle - from attraction and sourcing to interview support and onboarding.
• You'll play a key role in finding talented people who share our values and want to contribute to a more sustainable future.

In this role, you will:

• Lead full life cycle recruitment with regards to the recruitment of Loaders and HGV Drivers - plus some office based roles - delivering a positive and inclusive candidate experience.
• Proactively source and engage candidates through multiple channels, using strong communication skills to build long term talent pipelines.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR colleagues to understand workforce needs and shape effective sourcing strategies.
• Build trusted relationships across the organisation, offering insight and guidance on recruitment best practice.
• Promote equity, diversity, and inclusion at every stage of the hiring process.

To apply, you should have experience in end to end recruitment gained either in house or within an agency environment.

A seasoned Resourcing Business Partner with over 10 years' experience in end to end recruitment, currently leading regional talent acquisition strategies at SUEZ UK. I have a proven track record in sourcing and securing top talent across technical, engineering, and operational functions, supporting business growth and workforce planning.

Adept in stakeholder engagement, employer branding, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience, I hold a CIPD Level 3 qualification in Human Resource Management.

In my leisure time I serve as a freelance List 4 British Dressage Judge, applying precision and professionalism beyond the corporate sphere.
