£26,000 - £30,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Our Leicester branch is on the lookout for a new Recruitment Consultant to join our busy temporary division. You don't need recruitment experience - we'll teach you everything you need to know. What we can't teach is confidence, enthusiasm, and a bit of spark - that part's down to you.

You'll spend your days building relationships, matching people to roles, and feeling genuinely proud when you help someone land a new job. It's people-focused, high-energy, and never dull.

Responsibilities

• A big personality and the confidence to pick up the phone and make connections
• A genuine interest in people and a knack for conversation
