About the Role:

We're seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Liverpool office. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a proven track record in a 360 recruitment role, who is passionate about sales and delivering results.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Managing the full 360 recruitment process: business development, client management, candidate sourcing, and placement
• Working to and exceeding sales targets in a competitive, rewarding environment
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Proactively identifying new business opportunities and growing your desk
• Delivering consistently high levels of service and results
