£23,000 - £25,000 basic salary, plus uncapped commission structure.

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to work in a Birmingham-based small, busy and fast-paced recruitment business.

The role of Recruitment Consultantwill be a 360-recruitment role, and the successful candidate will be running their own desk. We are seeking a candidate with experience in either Permanent or Temporaryrecruitment.

The role requires an outgoing and confident candidate who possess a strong work ethic and enjoys working as part of a bubbly team. The successful candidate will be comfortable speaking on the telephone and making outbound calls, with a proactive approach to the client and candidate experience.

Excellent communication skills and a positive approach is essential.

Main duties of the Recruitment Consultant will include:

• Recruiting and resourcing candidates.
• Interviewing and registering candidates.
• Managing and building strong working relationships with candidates and clients.
• Canvassing current companies to seek new job opportunities.
• Canvassing new and potential clients.
• Visiting customers to build on relationships.
• Completing all administration and right-to-work checks.
• Offering CV and interview advice.
• Assisting and managing candidates through the interview process.
• Negotiating on candidate salaries and packages.

We are seeking a candidate with a proven track record in Recruitment, either temporary or permanent.

This opportunity will be working in a modern office within a serviced office building in Birmingham (B37) with free on-site parking.
