The Opportunity

We are expanding our Education team in Wolverhampton, supporting local Education providers. We seek ambitious, sales-driven individuals eager to develop a long-term career in recruitment.

Enjoy industry-leading training with 80 hours of classroom, focus group, and 1-2-1 sessions. Work with top technologies and renowned brands across sectors.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Manage your own desk within the Education sector, including candidates and clients, with support from experienced colleagues. Develop skills in:

• Building client relationships
• Winning new business
• Managing vacancies end-to-end
• Screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates
• Matching candidates to jobs

Requirements

• No prior recruitment experience necessary
• Passion for success in a fast-paced, inclusive environment
• People-focused with a sales-driven mindset
• Strong relationship-building skills
• Valid driving license
• Availability to work 7:30am - 5pm, Monday to Friday
