Salary: Up to £34,000 basic + uncapped bonus

Location: Swindon (covering Wiltshire & Gloucestershire)

About the role

You'll be responsible for developing Reed's Procurement offering across Swindon and the surrounding Wiltshire & Gloucestershire areas. The desk is already active, with support from an experienced specialist and hands on manager, giving you a strong foundation to build on. You'll recruit across roles including buyers, supply chain professionals, procurement managers, heads of procurement and senior roles within manufacturing, logistics and operations.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and grow a warm Procurement recruitment desk
• Build long term relationships with clients and candidates
• Win new business while managing existing accounts
• Manage the full recruitment process from role brief to candidate placement
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across specialist teams

What you'll bring

• Previous experience in recruitment
• Strong relationship building and communication skills
• A consultative and professional approach
• Commercial awareness and motivation to grow a desk
• A driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred
