What You'll Be Doing

• Learning and executing the recruitment lifecycle - from candidate sourcing and screening to placement and offer management
• Building and managing relationships with both candidates and clients in your specialism
• Advising on market trends, compensation and hiring strategy
• Growing your own desk as you build confidence and capability
• Working with a supportive team to deliver quality outcomes (not just volume)

Earning Progression Pathway

• Associate Consultant: £40,000+ (Year 1)
• Consultant: £55,000+ (Year 2) - Experienced Salespeople can enter here!
• Senior Consultant: £70,000+ (Year 3)
• Principal Consultant:£80,000-£100,000+ (Year 4+)
