Job Title: Recruitment Consultant - Head of HR Division

Reports to: CEO

Hours: 08:30-18:00

Responsibilities:

• Manage the HR division, track annual targets, and recruit new team members.
• Write job ads, screen candidates, conduct interviews, and maintain CRM records.
• Build client relationships, expand networks, and meet KPIs.
• Take detailed job briefs, provide market insights, and ensure top notch service delivery.
• Meet billing targets, manage portals, and maintain accurate admin.
• Contribute ideas for marketing, tech, and events to enhance the brand.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in HR recruitment and team management.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Commercially savvy with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Energetic, positive, and calm under pressure.
