Responsibilities

• Manage and build freelance creative talent needs for clients.
• Actively seek new business opportunities (appetite for BD).
• Maintain a fast, competitive, nosey approach to securing candidates.
• Work in a fast paced temp or contract desk environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, especially in fast paced temp or contract desk roles, is a big plus.
• Recruitment Consultant looking to move away from a generalist agency to a specialist is welcomed.
• Strong appetite for business development, quick decision making, competitive mindset, and hunger to excel.
