We're looking for an ambitious and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Fire & Security team in Colnbrook. You'll be stepping into a warm desk with live roles, strong client relationships, and full support from an experienced team - giving you the platform to hit the ground running and maximise your earning potential.
We're part of Pertemps, and our Fire & Security division is expanding rapidly - creating exciting opportunities for recruiters who want to build a successful and rewarding career within a fast-growing sector.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a target-driven environment, enjoys building relationships, and wants the opportunity to earn strong commission while developing their desk.
What You'll Be Doing:

• Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle within the Fire & Security and/or M&E sector
• Business development - building new client relationships and expanding existing accounts
• Sourcing, interviewing, and placing high-quality candidates into permanent and temporary roles
• Managing live vacancies and delivering recruitment solutions to clients
• Building long-term relationships with candidates and clients
• Working towards and exceeding revenue and placement targets

What We're Looking For:

• Previous recruitment experience (ideally within technical, engineering, or specialist sectors)
• Strong business development skills
• Confident communicator with the ability to build lasting relationships
• Target-driven with a hunger to earn commission
• Organised, resilient, and self-motivated
