• Grow your desk: Build and develop a blended temp desk, driving revenue through new business and account growth
• Win new business: Proactively identify, approach, and convert new clients in the driving and logistics sector
• Strengthen relationships: Develop multi-level relationships within client organisations to unlock long-term opportunities
• Own the recruitment lifecycle:
  • Source, screen, and shortlist high-quality candidates
  • Match the right talent to client needs
  • Manage interviews, feedback, and offer processes
• Be the expert: Build deep knowledge of the driving sector, market trends, and candidate landscape
• Deliver results: Consistently exceed targets and KPIs while maintaining high service standards

• Proven success in sales, recruitment, or business development
• Strong ability to build and manage client relationships
• Highly organised with a resilient, target-driven mindset
• Excellent communication skills with the confidence to influence at all levels
• Ability to multitask, prioritise, and stay proactive in a fast-paced environment
• A genuine interest in becoming a sector specialist
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
