We're seeking an ambitiousRecruitment Consultantto drive growth in ourAccounting & Finance Consultingvertical - connecting top-tier interim and project professionals with management consultancies and advisory firms across Europe and the Americas.

Key Responsibilities

• Build a desk from the ground up: Establish and scale a consulting-focused contract/interim recruitment desk specialising in Accounting and Finance.
• Client delivery: Manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle, from client brief to placement, ensuring speed, accuracy, and quality.

Who You Are

• 3-5 years' experience in recruitment (ideally within consulting or finance transformation)
• ORarecent graduatewith a degree inAccounting, Finance, orEconomics.
• Strong business development and client acquisition track record
• Skilled at negotiating and maintaining long-term client relationships
• Resilient, target-driven, and motivated to deliver growth and results
• Confident communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, competitive environment
