Recruitment Consultant - Whitstable, Kent - Work by the Seaside - Brilliant Comms (see below) - FREE BUCKET & SPADE!

Specialist Construction & Engineering Recruitment consultancy with over 20 years of industry experience recruiting in both sectors is seeking a beachcomber to join the team!

Ideally, you will have a blue or white-collar built environment recruitment background to badge on to their current services. Or if you want to start your own vertical, they will provide full support in helping you develop your business area, to become a Co-Director of the business.

Compensation

Recruitment Consultant - Commission Structure (No Threshold).

• £0 - £7,500 = 15%
• £7,501 - £15,000 = 20%
• £15,001 + = 25%

Environment and Benefits

Chilled, dress-down working environment (background music, dartboard, etc.).

£25,000 to £35,000 (wiggle room) + Excellent Comms + Flexible Working + Fish & Chips on Fridays!

We service clients all over the Southeast, where our enhanced understanding of the area gives us the opportunity to provide reliable and quality staff.

Our aim is to operate a completely transparent service with our clients and candidates by offering a 360 service. We work 7 days a week with all calls being answered and returned so nobody is left feeling unwanted or unknowing.
