You will work as a strategic partner to clients, offering a professional and consultative approach to recruitment solutions. You should be a dynamic individual with a passion for the recruitment industry and a strong sales ability.

The Job Role

1. Identify and win new business within the Construction sector
2. Maintain and grow relationships through face-to-face meetings and telephone contact
3. Resource and interview candidates
4. Develop and implement new strategies to attract new business

Other responsibilities include securing new business, candidate attraction and management, and developing your desk to maximize profitability.

Person Specification

• Proven track record in providing recruitment solutions
• Knowledge of recruitment within the Built Environment
• Resilience and effective time management
• Competent in all aspects of IT
• Valid driving license
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment
• Target-driven with a natural flair for developing relationships within a sales environment
• Demonstrates a hunger to succeed
