We are recruiting for a Branch Manager to work for an industry-leading, dedicated Driving Recruitment Agency based in Rugby. The successful candidate will take over the day-to-day management of the existing team and develop the business further. The agency supplies a wide range of clients, from on-sites to smaller SMEs. With a clear growth plan, this is an exciting time to join the business.

Job Function

1. Effectively manage the existing team of driving consultants
2. Manage daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs to ensure targets are met
3. Ensure effective candidate attraction and retention in the driving sector
4. Identify and secure new business opportunities
5. Maintain and grow existing business relationships
6. Take full responsibility for the P&L of the branch
7. Ensure strict compliance with procedures

Person Specification

1. Experience in recruitment with proven knowledge of the driving sector
2. Results-oriented and sales-driven
3. Up-to-date with current recruitment legislation and driving compliance
4. Ability to develop and maintain internal and external relationships
5. Motivated leader with strong leadership skills

Qualifications

Educated to A-level standard
