Overview

Recruitment Consultant - Blue Collar (T&L, Rail, or M&E). Join an established supplier of labour to the Rail, T&L, M&E, and Renewable sectors. The role is suitable for a self-starter who values autonomy, initiative, and results.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a warm desk with existing national agreements to generate business.
• Source and recruit blue-collar candidates for Rail, T&L, M&E, and Renewable sectors.
• Provide bespoke recruitment solutions by understanding client requirements.
