This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated recruitment professional to take full ownership of a remote-based desk, spearhead business development and build a successful, high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview AHP candidates across multiple channels.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer negotiation.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding staffing needs and ensuring satisfaction.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand market presence.
• Stay informed on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activity to guide recruitment strategies.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, maintain accurate records, and produce regular reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Management or a related field
• Proven recruitment experience, ideally within the healthcare sector
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities
• Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines
• Solid understanding of healthcare regulations and standards
