Position Overview

Salary: £25,989 - £26,824 per annum

Hours per week: 33 or 37 hours

Contract type: 33 hour permanent part time or 37 hour temporary 12 months.

Interview date: Thursday 09 July 2026

Recruitment Assistant is required to join our established team in Trowbridge, providing end to end support across a varied and busy recruitment function. The role involves coordinating recruitment activity, supporting hiring managers and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Strong organisation and communication skills are essential. Candidates will also support our social media presence including TikTok and Reels content.
