Key Responsibilities

• Support consultants with candidate sourcing and screening.
• Write and post job adverts across multiple platforms.
• Conduct initial candidate calls and qualification conversations.
• Manage candidate data within the CRM.
• Coordinate interviews and support the offer process.
• Learn how to build and manage client relationships over time.

Candidate Profile

• Strong communication skills and confidence speaking to people.
• Highly organised with good attention to detail.
• Ambitious, proactive, and keen to learn.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Interest in recruitment, sales, or business development.

Technical Skills

• Confident using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Comfortable learning new systems and recruitment tools.
• LinkedIn familiarity beneficial (training provided).
