Recruitment & Training Specialist - Care Services

Kent County Council is seeking a qualified professional to join the 18+ Accommodation Team within the Kent Supported Homes Service. The role involves assessing prospective hosts, including kinship arrangements, and presenting findings to inform approval decisions.

You will also train and support hosts, develop materials, and assist with recruitment campaigns and events. Travel across Kent is required, with the ability to manage competing priorities and work within set timescales.
