Recruitment and Selection Team Leader (band 5)

MPA Recruitment are seeking an experienced Recruitment & Selection Team Leader to oversee a busy, fast-paced HR service within Health and Social Care. You will lead a team delivering high-quality recruitment services, ensuring performance targets and service standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team delivering end-to-end recruitment services
• Ensure KPIs and SLAs are achieved
• Oversee workload, performance, and staff development
• Provide expert HR advice and resolve escalations
• Drive continuous improvement in processes and systems
• Produce reports and ensure compliance with policies and legislation
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Qualification/Experience:

• Degree or relevant professional qualification+ 1 year's recruitment experience, OR3 years' recruitment experiencein a large multidisciplinary organisation
• Experienceleading/managing a teamin a target-driven environment
• Proficient inMicrosoft Office(Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
