You will guide candidates through the recruitment, onboarding, and employment services processes, handling contract queries and changes. A passion for recruitment and the ability to build strong, effective working relationships with recruiting managers and candidates are essential.

Main Duties

• Provide professional advice to managers and staff across the Trust, ensuring strict adherence to agreed processes, schedules, employment law, and Trust policies, aligned with NHS Employment Check Standards and the Agenda for Change.
• Maintain electronic HR systems (TRAC and ESR) accurately and ensure recruitment and ESR processes are completed safely, accurately, and within key performance indicators.

Person Specification Essential Experience

• Experience working in a Human Resources, Personnel, or Recruitment environment.
• Administration / general office experience.

Desirable Experience

• Experience in NHS recruitment.

Essential Skills

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
• Excellent keyboard skills.

Essential Knowledge

• Working knowledge of Data Protection.
• Understanding of Information Governance and Confidentiality.

Essential Qualifications

• Passes (A C) in GCSE English and Maths or equivalent.
• Level 3 CIPD qualification or equivalent experience.

Desirable Qualifications

• ECDL (or equivalent).
