You'll provide expert advice on recruitment best practice, support managers throughout the hiring process, and develop effective attraction strategies to ensure we continue to attract diverse, high quality candidates. You'll also contribute to employer branding activity, talent pipelining, recruitment marketing and continuous improvement initiatives.

This is a varied role where no two days are the same. From advising managers and supporting interviews to analysing recruitment data and attending careers events, you'll play a vital role in helping us build a workforce that makes a difference to our students and communities.

About You

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has experience partnering with hiring managers and influencing recruitment and selection decisions.
  • Can effectively manage multiple vacancies, priorities and deadlines within a fast paced environment.
  • Has experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR systems.
  • Possesses a strong understanding of recruitment and selection best practice and relevant employment legislation.
  • Has excellent communication and relationship building skills and can engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Is highly organised, detail focused and able to maintain accuracy when managing competing priorities.
  • Can interpret recruitment data and use insights to improve processes and outcomes.
  • Takes a proactive, solutions focused approach and is comfortable working independently.
  • Is passionate about delivering an exceptional recruitment experience for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Demonstrates a commitment to inclusive recruitment practices, equality, diversity and inclusion.
  • Holds a CIPD Level 3 qualification as a minimum requirement.
  • Holds a CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent recruitment experience (desirable).
  • Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and vulnerable adults.
  • Is willing to travel between campuses when required.
Why Join TSCG

This is an opportunity to join a collaborative and supportive HR team where your expertise will be valued and your development encouraged. You'll have the chance to influence attraction strategies, strengthen our employer brand and directly contribute to building a talented workforce that supports student success.
