About you

  • Proven experience in resourcing or professional recruitment
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Experience using applicant tracking or HR management systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • CIPD qualification or willingness to work towards CIPD Level 5 is desirable
  • Able to manage multiple recruitment campaigns concurrently while maintaining high standards

What you'll do

  • Manage and deliver recruitment campaigns for a diverse client portfolio, ensuring timelines and service standards are met
  • Build and sustain positive relationships with stakeholders, providing expert guidance and advice
  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including meetings, administration, and progress reporting
  • Ensure compliance with policies, employment legislation, and data protection regulations
  • Support the recruitment team through coaching and motivating team members
  • Address issues impacting service delivery proactively and elevate where necessary
  • Contribute to fostering a collaborative environment focused on delivering exceptional service
