Recruiter - Staffing & Recruitment

Location: Portugal (Lisbon / Porto / Hybrid)

Employment Type: Full-time

Languages: Fluent English (mandatory); Fluent Portuguese (highly preferred)

Our Client is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter with experience in staffing and recruitment agencies to join a growing team in Portugal.

What You'll Do

Key Responsibilities:

Source and headhunt candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and networks

Conduct screening interviews and assess candidate fit

Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to placement

Coordinate interviews and support offer negotiations

Build strong candidate pipelines and maintain ATS records

What We're Looking For:

2-5 years of experience in a staffing agency or recruitment consultancy

Strong LinkedIn sourcing and headhunting skills

Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously

Fluent English (Portuguese highly preferred)

Experience recruiting in sectors such as: (IT, Engineering, Finance, Healthcare, Sales/Marketing, BPO/Customer Support)
