The successful candidate will provide intensive, person-centred support using the evidence-based IPS model, emphasizing rapid job searching and ongoing workplace support.

Key responsibilities include personalising employment support, building relationships with employers, and facilitating small group activities. The role requires A-levels or equivalent, excellent communication skills, and experience supporting disadvantaged individuals.
