RECEPTIONIST / ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Start Date: As soon as possible
Contract: Fixed Term until 31 August 2027
Band / Salary: Band 3, SCP 6 11, £25,989.00 - £28,141.00 (pro rata for term time only)
Hours: 36 hours per week, Monday-Friday, Term Time only + 5 training days

The role will be primarily reception based, supporting the shared sites of Chatsworth High School and Community College and Chatsworth Futures Specialist College, acting as a key point of contact for both settings.

Part of the Sovereign Trust, Chatsworth High School and Community College is an Outstanding special school for pupils aged located in Eccles, serving children and young people with severe learning difficulties, profound/ multiple learning difficulties and autism who live in the area.

Responsibilities
  • Act as a professional and friendly contact to staff, pupils, parents and visitors within the school.
  • Support reception duties and general administration for the shared school campuses.
  • Ensure reception area is welcoming and efficiently managed.
