Job Description

Williams Lea seeks a Receptionist to join our team!

Location: Bristol, BS2 0PS. Shift pattern: 15 hours per week, Monday and Tuesday rotating 8am 4:30pm, 8:30am 5pm, 9am 5:30pm with 1 hour unpaid break. Salary: £10,599 per annum (FTE £26,497.50) plus company benefits. Contract: Part Time, Permanent. Work model: Fully onsite.

Responsibilities
  • Provide quality service to our visitors and assist with all administrative tasks that support your colleagues on a day to day basis;
  • Welcoming all visitors, completing sign in access and issuing authorised cards;
  • Arranging client meetings and events, booking travel arrangements and booking hire vehicles for staff;
  • Providing hospitality and arranging IT equipment when required;
  • Daily liaison with the Boardroom Services Assistant to ensure a smooth running of the daily request;
  • Working closely with the office services department to ensure all materials and printing needs are completed in time for events;
  • Answering telephone and e mail enquiries, redirecting them to the appropriate department.
Personal attributes / Qualifications
  • Previous experience in Receptionist role is essential;
  • A committed attitude and dedication to creating a memorable guest experience;
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, professional always;
  • Ability to prioritise workloads and work under pressure;
  • Ability to multitask is important for this position.
