Receptionist - Kimpton Charlotte Square

Full time contract. Pay £13.20 per hour (£27,456 per annum).

Duties and responsibilities

Provide a welcoming and personalised experience for guests during check in and check out, handle queries and complaints, promote the city and loyalty programme, recognise IHG One Rewards members, create special experiences, and support the overall guest stay.

Key qualifications

• Warm, authentic personality with a can do attitude.
• Drive to deliver results and create exceptional guest experiences.
• Commitment to service and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Experience in hospitality customer service (preferred).
