Receptionist

Hotel: VX - Oxford Thames (OXFDT), Henley Road, Sandford on Thames, OX4 4GX

A fantastic opportunity for a Receptionist to join our team in voco Oxford Thames on an 8-hour per week contract! You will earn £13.15 per hour.

Responsibilities

As a receptionist you will play a vital part in delivering a superior guest experience, from checking guests in, to assisting with guest luggage - every day is different! We take pride in the fact that we are experts in what we do and love to demonstrate this expertise to our guests with a sense of flair.

Qualifications

• Passionate about delivering great service and being guest focused
• Previous experience in Receptionist, Guest Relations, Concierge
• Experience in handling guest queries and complaints
• Experience with Opera PMS is a huge advantage
• Willing to learn new things and work as part of a wide hotel team
