As a receptionist and events coordinator, you will contribute to creating a welcoming and professional environment while ensuring the smooth execution of our international conferences and events. Starting with reception duties, you will gradually take on responsibilities for coordinating events, working closely with internal teams and external partners. Your strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will be key to your success in this role.
What You Will Do:
- Manage: reception tasks with a focus on hospitality and professionalism during the initial phase of your role.
- Coordinate: logistical and administrative aspects of conferences and events, from planning to execution.
- Communicate: act as the first point of contact for participants, speakers, and external parties.
- Align: collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution.
- Document: maintain accurate records to support the planning process.

- Hourly wage of €16.04.
- Temporary contract with the possibility of extension.
- Part-time role, 32 hours per week.
- Travel cost reimbursement.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional passionate about event coordination in an international setting.
- At least 3 years of event experience, 1 year international.
- Living and working in the country since 5 years
- Fluent in Dutch and English, written and spoken.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong communication skills and excellent multitasking abilities.
- Willingness to undergo an AIVD screening.
