Job Description
Receptionist, Part time, 10am-2pm, Belfast Handling inbound phone calls from customers Monitoring and responding to inbound emails Accurate data input and processing using CRM systems Diary management and appointment scheduling Dispatching technicians and supporting scheduling activities Document handling, filing and general administration Supporting the wider team with day-to-day administrative tasks
No prior industry experience is required

To succeed in this role, you will be highly organised with a strong administrative skillset and an adaptable approach to work.You will bring:Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel) Excellent data input skills with strong attention to detail The ability to manage a dynamic workload and prioritise effectively Confident communication skills, both written and verbal A reliable and proactive mindset
