Job role: Admin (Property Service)

Pay rate: £16.98 an hour

Working hours: 8AM to 4PM (35 hours per week)

Hybrid role: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday working from the office and Thursday, Friday working from home.

Location: Based in Camden, Greater London.

We are looking for an experienced administrator, ideally with relevant sector knowledge, to provide urgent support during a particularly busy period within the Damp and Mould team.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm smile.
• Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence efficiently.
• Assist with administrative tasks to keep the office running smoothly.
• Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
• Handle inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Support the team with various tasks as needed.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other office software.
• A positive attitude and a team player mindset.
• The ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
