Reception Teacher - Liverpool (L3) Make a Real Difference with Milk Education

Milk Education is looking for a motivated and creative Reception Teacher to join one of our partner schools in Liverpool (L3). This is a supportive environment where every child is encouraged to reach their full potential.

The Role

• Hours: 8:30am - 4:00pm, Monday to Friday
• Start Date: March
• Contract: Long-term

This position is ideal for experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) who are looking to grow their skills in a welcoming, forward-thinking school.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons for Reception pupils across the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Support pupils' academic and personal development through creative, play-based learning.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment.
• Track pupil progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively and calmly.
• Collaborate with staff and parents to support pupil success.

What We're Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or PGCE with QTS.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Creative, reflective, and adaptable approach to teaching.
• Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practice.
