What you'll be doing
As Reception Manager, you will lead by example, delivering excellent guest service and ensuring a smooth check-in/check-out process. Your proactive approach will be vital in resolving guest queries and reflecting our commitment to exceptional hospitality. You will also focus on developing your team through recruitment, training, and ongoing support, helping each member reach their potential. Additionally, this role includes a sales element, so you should be comfortable driving sales at the desk and motivating your team to do the same.
