Reception Class Teacher (EYFS)

Overview

SANZA Teaching Agency are working in partnership with a warm and inclusive primary school in Islington, North London, to recruit a passionate Early Years Teacher to join their team from September 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a nurturing school community that values creativity, confidence-building, and giving children the very best start to their education.

The Role

• Start Date: September 2026
• Contract: Full-time
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm
• Pay: Inner London M1-M6 (£206.75-£268.21 per day)
• Based in Reception (EYFS)

The Ideal Candidate Will

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Have strong experience teaching within Early Years / EYFS
• Plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning aligned with the EYFS framework
• Create a stimulating, inclusive and supportive Reception classroom
• Support children's early development, wellbeing, and transition into school life
• Be reflective, enthusiastic, and committed to high-quality early education
• ECTs are warmly encouraged to apply - the school offers excellent mentoring and leadership support.
