Job Description

Aspire People are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic Reception Class Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive primary school from after the Easter break. This is a fantastic opportunity for a teacher who is passionate about Early Years education and creating a nurturing environment where young learners can develop confidence, curiosity, and a love of learning.

The school prides itself on providing a strong foundation for children entering education, with a well-resourced EYFS setting and a collaborative team that values creativity, play-based learning, and child development.

The Role:
  • Full class teacher responsibilities including planning, preparation, and assessment
  • Delivering engaging EYFS lessons aligned with the Early Years Framework
  • Creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
  • Supporting children's social, emotional, and academic development
  • Working closely with teaching assistants and the wider EYFS team
  • Building positive relationships with parents and carers
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching within EYFS or Reception
  • A strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage framework
  • Creative, nurturing, and enthusiastic teaching style
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills
