My client is seeking a friendly, professional Receptionist to join their team permanently, supporting both front-of-house and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact: greet visitors, manage calls, and handle messages.
  • Maintain reception and meeting rooms.
  • Coordinate catering, handle post and courier services, and report maintenance issues.
  • Deliver inductions and manage office equipment.
  • Manage office supplies, stationery, and kitchen stock.
  • Assist with events and social activities.
  • Other adhoc duties as required.
